The NRA class teaches the basic knowledge, skills & attitude necessary to carry a concealed pistol for personal defense responsibly & ethically. Minimum age requirement is 21. This one-day class requires previous successful completion of the NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting (BoPS) class and requires you to supply your own pistol, a suitable holster, belt, spare magazines and mag carrier. Lessons include: Firearm Safety; Basic Defensive Skills; Drawing from Concealment; Loading & Stoppage Remediation; Mindset: Responding to an Attack & the Aftermath; Carry Modes/Concealment. NRA Class materials will be provided. Range fee and ammo are not included. This is an NRA course, strictly adhering to NRA materials. It is not an At Arms Reach Course, but it is taught by our staff.
